At Art in Motion we explore the roots of Ballet with a focus on vocabulary, tradition, and etiquette. Pointe and Pre-Pointe are taken by the serious dancer and are practiced with attention to proper anatomical movement. Pointe can be one of the most exhilarating forms of dance, and also the most disciplined.
